an investigation of hand made watering systems designed in 'loose part' arrangement for assemby by children who visit the garden. Japanese knotweed was used, a locally invasive plant, to highlight its hollow stems and enculture the availability of invasive plant material to build garden infrastructure. The choice of material is an opportunity for dialogue about the larger ecological issue of invasive plants effecting Ontario's natural legacy.
